Ok. So far, so good.
Here's what I ate today...
B... Left over oatmeal from yesterday. Added 1/2 banana. Water.
S... Small Apple.
L... Plain Non Fat Yogurt. Strawberries. Granola. Protein Shake. Water.
S... Banana and Whole Wheat Bread with Peanut Butter
D... Potato, Onion, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrot, Wheat Germ, Garlic, and Chicken. Green Tea. Water.
Lunch was a huge feat for me. I don't really like yogurt. I know it's healthy for you and all... but I'm kind of scared of it. Especially the way it looks when you first open the jar. Creepy! But anyways, I ate it, and enjoyed it. So yay!
